What will you be working on?
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for the management of technical staff. You will need to coach, train and support employees to ensure maximum efficiency. You will also be called to schedule the work of the staff while supervising the training process and finally you will have to write and review the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates who have 3-5 years of experience managing a team. The ideal candidate must have good interpersonal skills, be a good listener and have a strategic vision. They must be able to work in an operational environment that requires good change management and analytical skills. A good understanding of French and English is essential.

About Safety Assessment
Charles River is committed to helping our partners expedite their preclinical drug development with exceptional safety assessment services, state-of-the-art facilities and expert regulatory guidance. From individual specialty toxicology and IND enabling studies to tailored packages and total laboratory support, our deeply experienced team can design and execute programs that anticipate challenges and avoid roadblocks for a smooth, efficient journey to market. Each year approximately 120 investigational new drug (IND) programs are conducted in our Safety Assessment facilities.
