As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be focused on improving and optimizing our business and product lifecycle processes. This includes collaborating with an array of stakeholders to address data, business and processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of project scope and operating models with applicable business and technology stakeholders; offer recommendations for process improvements and measures of success to help senior-level management make informed decisions about initiatives, growth options, and resource allocation
  • Develop improvement plans and ensure proper documentation, as well as review requirements and recommendations related to proposed business process solutions
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations by preparing reports which effectively communicate project deliverables, findings and solutions
  • Look for trends and gaps in processes and policies and collaborate with partners to effectively communicate and address these needs
  • Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior team members to develop critical thinking capabilities and adoption of various analytical methodologies and tools

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 6-10 years of relevant experience or master’s with 4-8 years of experience or PhD with 2-5 years of experience; certification/diploma in business analytics highly desirable, as is knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office suite and Visio or equivalent software
  • Experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints while keeping the end user needs at top of mind and providing requirements for medium to large initiatives where data may not be easily identifiable
  • Strong project management skills, with proven facilitation and problem-solving experience
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships to strategically partner cross-functionally to advance business solutions
  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills , with the ability to communicate in a clear, concise and organized manner
