Position Overview
Are you passionate about bringing innovative medical technology to life?

We are looking for a hands-on, creative, and detail-oriented Product Development Engineering candidate to join our Product Engineering team. In this role, you will work across the entire product lifecycle, from early design and prototyping to final validation and post-market support. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your technical expertise directly impacts patient care.

What You’ll Do
• Design and develop new product features and support manufacturing and customer needs associated with our Integrity ABR device and associated products
•Manage development projects from concept to production including running design review meetings and managing documentation.
• Plan and execute hardware, software, and system testing and validation activities including acoustic and electrical testing.

Collaborate with the team to ensure designs meet ISO 13485 and medical device standards • Write and refine test procedures and test scripts (e.g., C++/C#) to support product verification and validation.
• Collaborate with production, software, and support teams to solve technical issues and improve performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying process and product enhancements.
• Support risk management and compliance with applicable medical device regulations.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product development preferably with  embedded software and electrical hardware activities and  preferably in a regulated industry such as medical devices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent documentation habits, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish.
• Preferred skills include PCB design knowledge, Bluetooth protocols, DFR/DFM/DFT, Visual C++, C#, and familiarity with ISO 13485.
