The Opportunity          

The Junior Marketing Associate is an essential part of the Marketing Communications team. The primary responsibility will be to support and work in collaboration with the Marketing Communications team to execute the marketing strategy. This will include development of marketing materials, implementations of corporate branding, supporting corporate website development and supporting international conferences and corporate events.

What You’ll Do         

  • You will be a brand ambassador for the Synaptive Brand
  • Assist with the production of a broad range of document types applied to both templates and customized files to be used in
  • Work closely with our sales, marketing and leadership teams to deliver high quality customer facing documents in a timely manner
  • Support the successful coordination and execution of conferences, tradeshows and internal corporate events
  • Coordinate logistics in partnership with Sales, Product Management and Logistics Manager for corporate events
  • Attend and support international conferences
  • Liaise with vendors including marketing and PR agencies as well as print houses
  • Provide other day to day support to our sales, marketing and leadership teams
  • What You’ll Need   
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing and providing sales & marketing (or similar) administrative support
  • Post-secondary education degree or certificate in a related field
  • Expert level formatting and producing polished documents in a range of file types. You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe applications
  • Excellent communication skills and strong business writing skills
  • Experience in the healthcare or investment management industry and completion of relevant industry courses would be beneficial
