RESILIENCE Biomanufacturing is a global contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO); RESILIENCE Innovations is devoted to drug discovery, and research and development. Our scientists are currently developing innovative protein therapeutics in anemia, liver cancer, and hepatitis C.


  • Identify and engage with new prospective clients using sources such as databases, publications, market analysis, trade shows, contacts, etc. who require Therapure’s services
  • Analyze prospective clients including strategic/capability fit of project and financial due diligence.
  • Determine readiness for outsourcing and issue a CDA Solicit enough information from the prospective client to complete questionnaire and develop project summary.
  • Coordinate with client and internal team initial client visits to Company’s facility
  • Prepare and deliver proposal in collaboration with Quote Manager and internal team.
  • Support/lead negotiations with prospective client.
  • Input data and maintain CRM database
  • Prepare sales activities and client visit reports
  • Coordinate internal meeting post signing of proposal
  • Manage business relationship with existing clients to build repeat business.
  • Manage timelines and resources to ensure proposals are issued on time.
  • Manage and participate in trade shows and relevant conferences.
  • Develop and maintain a current understanding of the external marketplace (e.g. conditions, trends and competitors) as well as internal capabilities and technologies.

  • Expected travel is >25% / month


  • Contribute to the implementation of marketing initiatives including providing market information, distributing materials and attending trade shows.
  • Provide insight into the development / addition of new capabilities which Therapure should consider.
  • Participate in weekly BD update meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned



  • 4 year university degree and >5 years related business experience.
  • Must have direct business development / business to business selling experience.
  • Prior CMO / vendor experience in biologics space is highly desirable.
  • Existing relationships with prospective clients (i.e. comes with book of leads).


  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical corporate sales and/or contracts
  • Experienced in the development and management of sales and marketing proposals
  • Skilled in the negotiation and management of contracts
  • Experience dealing with senior level management
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and manage targets
