Job Summary

To prepare archived material to be returned to the client and/or discarded. Assist the Archive team to ensure shipping or disposal of material once the archiving retention period has been reached.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparation of the shipping or disposal of material once the archiving retention period has been reached
  • Preparation of client records and ensures the accuracy of the information related to shipment or disposal of material
  • Monitor storage condition of working rooms (laboratories)
  • Maintain the material inventory necessary for the conduct of activities and ensures the cleanliness of the workplace
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High School
  • Experience: An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
