Animal Cage Wash Clerk – $1,000 Bonus

We are looking for an animal cage wash clerk to join our Toxicology team located in Senneville (West of Montreal Island)

How will you have an impact?

As an animal cage wash clerk, you will be responsible for the well-being of our laboratory animals by keeping their living space clean. Your contribution will ensure the health of our animals, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.

  • Free parking.


  • 11 hours shift (7am to 6:30pm)
  • Alternating 4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 4 days off.


  • Basic: $16,25 / hour;
  • Weekend and evening : 2.50$ prime;
  • After 37,5 h : Paid at time and a half;
  • Holiday: Paid at double time.

What will you work on? 

You will be responsible for operating and performing daily checks on cage washer machines, monitor the use of soaps and various needs of the cage washers, clean all types of animal housing and accessories, perform basic maintenance on all cages and accessories to ensure that everything is safe for the animals and perform minor repairs on cages and accessories.

The ideal candidate would be a great team player, must be able to work physically, have a good understanding of written English.
