BioTalent Canada has released a new report highlighting the national impact of the Student Work Placement Program (SWPP), a federal initiative that helps post-secondary students gain hands-on experience through paid work placements.

The report, Results with Impact: The ROI of Student Talent, underscores BioTalent Canada’s SWPP project’s role in building domestic talent pipelines through paid, hands-on work experiences that help students enter the workforce with relevant skills while giving Canadian businesses the capacity to grow.

Three future bioscience leaders from across Canada are being celebrated as the recipients of BioTalent Canada’s second annual I.D.E.A.L. (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility Leadership) Scholarship™.
