Great Place to Work 2026 Certification

Great workplaces don’t happen by chance. They’re built day by day, moment by moment. As an organization rooted in science and data, we love seeing what those moments add up to. Over the past year, we have:
- Hosted 10+ IDEA (inclusivity, diversity, equity and accessibility)‑focused discussions, learning moments and reflections, covering topics like accessibility, neurodiversity, culture and belonging.
- Logged hundreds of moments where colleagues offered help, shared expertise and stepped in across teams.
- Celebrated 50+ milestones including birthdays, work anniversaries, personal wins, professional achievements and moments that matter.
- Held 52 weekly Tuesday Touchpoint meetings that created space for learning, honest conversations, laughs and shared wins across the organization.
- Showcased our fun and competitive sides in 10+ events hosted by our Social Committee including trivia, yoga, art classes and a cooking competition
- Brought dozens of sweet treats into the office!
All these moments have helped to secure our 7th year as a Great Place to Work. We are thrilled to celebrate this recognition with our incredible colleagues who continue to make BioTalent Canada the wonderful workplace that it is.

BioInnovation Scientist (BIS) Foundations and BIS Industry Essentials
Applications are now open for the Spring 2026 cohort of the BioInnovation Scientist (BIS) Program, developed by adMare and delivered by CASTL. Designed for both scientists looking to transition into industry and non-scientists supporting R&D teams, the program offers two targeted learning pathways to help participants build the skills needed to thrive in Canada’s life sciences ecosystem.
CASTL’s BioInnovation Scientist (BIS) Foundations program is for individuals interested in drug discovery who already have a scientific background or are in the early stages of a life sciences career.
CASTL’s BioInnovation Scientist (BIS) Industry Essentials program is for anyone considering an entry-level role supporting drug discovery — no science background required.
