Bioscience Association Manitoba (BAM) to host Leadership Development Program

BAM Leadership Development Program 2022 (Virtual)
This 72-hour program is accredited by the University of Manitoba toward a certificate in Applied Management. (72 contact hours towards certificate)

The Leadership Development Program is designed for individuals who aspire to become effective leaders, develop new leadership skills, transition to a leadership role or become a leader.  Our program consists of 17 different topics to enhance your personal and business life.

Learning outcomes include: change management, emotional intelligence awareness, coaching for performance, succession planning, decision making, succession planning, communication skills,  leading high-performing and inclusive teams.

Our Leadership Development Program now offers one-on-one personal coaching and mentoring.

Master of Science in Biotechnology set to launch at Toronto campus 

The future of biotechnology holds the keys to solving some of today’s biggest problems, such as developing life-saving vaccines and curing diseases.

We spoke to Hazel Sive and Jared R. Auclair from Northeastern’s College of Science about how students in the Master of Science in Biotechnology program are ready to tackle these problems and bring fresh perspectives. This fall, the Master of Science in Biotechnology (MS BIOT) will launch its first cohort at Northeastern University-Toronto.
