Welcome to BioTalent Canada’s IDEA Resource Library for Alberta’s Bio-economy Employers. This library was designed to help employers strengthen their workplaces by embedding Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) practices into everyday operations.
Here you’ll find:
- Practical tools: training programs, guides and templates to support inclusive hiring and retention.
- Workplace strategies: resources to build resilient teams, foster belonging and improve employee engagement.
- Industry insights: Alberta-specific labour market data and research on equity-deserving groups in the bio-economy.
