We are currently hiring a Co-op HR Assistant for our HR Department. The ideal candidate will have an interest in Human Resources as well as excellent interpersonal, time-management, communication skills and social media savvy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to gain experience in various areas of Human Resources.
Responsibilities
• Assist with the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes and identifying recruitment trends and other opportunities.
• Update the HRIS (HR Bamboo) system
• Promote employee engagement by participating and supporting various Bronte events
• HR administrative duties and other related duties as required.
• Constantly looking for new ways to market the open positions of Bronte
• Creating and managing networks to build quality candidate pools
• Maintaining and updating various job boards (Indeed)
• Sourcing and sorting through the applications and screening the eligible candidates
• Reaching out to qualified individuals through resume mining
• Analyzing similar jobs in the industry in terms of skills, pay, etc. and identifying the
gaps
• Researching new recruitment avenues like job fairs and participating in career fairs.
• Scheduling interviews for the HR and other hiring managers
• Assisting with the on-boarding of new hires and other HR tasks as needed
• Supporting recruitment marketing by developing content and updating social media
pages to generate more traction
