Role: Digital Health Analyst Responsibilities & Skills
- Strategic Analysis: Provide product recommendations, configurations, and technical expertise ensuring integrations align with the healthcare infrastructure.
- Client Relations: Drive projects to completion by understanding client needs and aligning both internal and external teams for successful implementation.
- Lead Onboarding, Business Review and User Training: Lead discussions and hands-on sessions to scope and deliver multifaceted technical applications.
- Implementation Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other consultants, Project Managers, and coordinators, to guarantee client satisfaction from the initial sale to full implementation of the Cortico solution.
- Business Development: Assist in crafting proposals, estimates, and schedules, contributing to the company’s growth.
- Churn Prevention: Monitor metrics on implementation success and intervene on issues.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure alignment with IT security standards, report potential incidents, and participate in necessary cybersecurity training.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Business Sciences, Health Sciences, Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
Also an asset:
- While not required, these skills are considered an asset.
- Experience in project management or implementation consulting within a healthcare or IT sector.
- Direct experience in translating business needs into technological solutions.
- Familiarity with server/network design and its interdependencies.
- Proficiency in report writing and presentations.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or Scrum Certification would be advantageous.
Rate of pay: $17.5-$20/hour
Hours per week: 40 hrs
