BlueLight Analytics Inc., a Halifax-based growth stage technology start-up, is currently recruiting a Data Integrity Specialist (Customer Success) who is client-focused, task-oriented, technically inclined and thrives in a fast-paced environment.   • With keen attention to detail, review incoming customer data daily for quality control and accuracy;
  • Engage with customers to provide technical support and feedback;
  • Monitor customer engagement metrics and develop programs to increase engagement and retention;
  • Work with the development team to test new software releases and report issues;
  • Enter new products into the database as they become available;
  • Periodically audit and update the database to ensure accuracy;
  • Prepare products for shipment on an ad-hoc basis;
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of client services support tools;
  • Proactively reach out to customers for the provision of training and support through telephone, email, video conference and webinars;
  • Define new job roles/duties proactively.


  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask;
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and changing priorities;
  • Preference will be given to candidates fluent in other languages.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related discipline;
  • Recent graduate with preference given to candidates with prior quality control and/or data review experience;
  • Experience in using a software program to manage client engagements.
