The Sales Incentive and Operation Analyst, reporting the the Manager, Global Sales Operations, supports revenue growth and improves sales efficiency and productivity globally by primarily managing the operations and administration of STEMCELL Sales Incentive Plan.

Education & Qualifications: 
  • Minimum undergraduate degree and 2+ years of experience in a global High Tech Sales environment preferably in a compensation, sales analyst or sales operations role.
  • Data-motivated person who is highly detail-oriented.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and SOQL would be highly desirable.
  • Experience with a Incentive Compensation Management tool would be an asset.
  • Experience with a statistical programming language (Java, R, Python, SPSS) would be highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of a graphics program (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) would highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of G Suite from Google Cloud and Salesforce.com reporting capabilities would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of a Business Intelligence tool (Microsoft, SAP, Tableau) would be an asset
  • Superior organizational and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Must be happy working in a collaborative, team environment and be a great team player.
  • Solid history of excellent personal achievement
  • Possess strong organizational skills – history of successfully managing multiple projects at the same time.
  • Ability to think creatively and work with management to identify new opportunities to improve business processes or functions.
Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Administer the Sales Incentive Plan quarterly calculation and payment on a quarterly basis, driving operational excellence, accuracy, timeliness, consistency and compliance as defined by the corresponding compensation plans.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations and the Sales team to ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide quarterly Sales Incentive performance reports.
  • Assist in the future implementation of an Incentive Compensation Management tool.
  • Support the Key Performance Indicators reporting for the sales team
  • Routinely validate, analyze, evaluate and report sales data globally to support sales strategies.
  • Set-up tracking and provide analysis for Sales Promotions.
  • Support the global Sales team by developing ad hoc reports and analysis as required and by using the most appropriate platform (SFDC, Google Data Studio, Google sheets, Excel).
  • Identify and help implement improvements in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity.
