We are seeking an entrepreneurial spirit to develop a comprehensive knowledge base of VNS Therapy, its uses, therapy areas & the market place. The successful candidate will get the opportunities to promote and clinically support our VNS Therapy products.
Based in Toronto, The successful candidate will be a true Business Development Partner, expected to work within a team and partner with our customers who are top Epilepsy Physicians, Neurologists and Neurosurgeons. This opportunity maintains dual responsibilities; you will educate and build new business. Get involved in making a difference by playing a major role in advancing device-based solutions and improving the lives of patients.
Here is what the opportunity will look like:
Achieve or exceed sales objectives and be accountable daily for their territory.
Provide training & supervision to surgeons and neurologists on VNS Therapy.
Provide clinical and technical support for implant procedures, and follow up appointments, utilizing your consultative knowledge of VNS therapy.
Identify and develop business opportunities that have the potential to increase implants of VNS Therapy products.
Be prepared for working outside normal work day hours at times.
Be prepared to travel by car to major centers like London, Ottawa, Kingston, and Hamilton on a week to week basis.

This assignment is challenging, but will give you the opportunity to be a true medical device consultant to our customers. The successful candidate will be able to balance patient interaction with strong business acumen. You will provide education on VNS Therapy to Physicians, Nurses, Patients, Caregivers and Patient Advocacy Groups.
