Lead generation is a critical role for the marketing department. In order to facilitate this process various automation tools are available to score and nurture leads based in a web-based scoring system that integrates with The Marketing Operations Coordinator uses this system to fullfill a critical role within the marketing department.

Education & Qualifications: 
  • Degree in the biological sciences (BSc).
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in both Microsoft Word & Excel and a minimum typing speed of 50 wpm.
  • Ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Set up all campaign elements within Automated Marketing System including email creative and list selection
  • Set up of program flow for single-wave, multi-wave, and nurturing campaigns
  • Testing of lead flow, creative, and deliverability
  • Demonstrates a passion for analysing data including email/web delivery, reviewing results and performance, and adjusting for future campaigns
  • Understanding of segmentation and list building - Build communication strategies and campaigns to support data quality efforts and opt-in strategies, maximizing reach and gathering of relevant customer/prospect data
  • Identify best opportunities for lead generation
  • Integrate sales data to analyse marketing campaign ROI
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in both Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM & other web-based applications.
