Reporting into the Manager of IT, this role will assist with end-user technical support and will participate in the implementation of company-wide technology projects. The successful candidate will possess a good understanding of software and hardware systems, related technologies, and have a passion for delivering consistent and excellent customer service.

Education & Qualifications: 
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the IT field
  • Certification or diploma in a technology related discipline
  • Experience troubleshooting and working in a Microsoft based environment
  • Experience troubleshooting web-based systems using browsers such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox
  • Experience using Google Apps, working with Windows deployment systems, or network/wireless/VOIP technologies considered as an asset
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills and efficiently resolves root issues
  • Excellent communication and organization skills, and enjoy working with others
  • Exhibit an excellent customer service focus, and provide responsive follow-up to internal clients
  • Thrive in a high paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Motivated to learn about new technologies
Duties & Responsibilities: 
  • Receive, troubleshoot, and document hardware, application, and network problems
  • Provide our staff with first class assistance to resolve their issues and questions
  • Recognize and escalate complex issues to senior staff
  • Assist with deployment of new systems, building expansions & staff moves
  • Schedule & perform routine maintenance on our staff-facing systems
  •  Identify time-consuming issues; prioritize & schedule work orders to resolve these requests
  • Respond to emergencies and system failures
  • Other duties as assigned
