Job Description Summary
The Associate Director, Corporate Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and successful execution of all corporate projects that are part of the Corporate PMO within the Business Operations (BOP) department. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an exceptional team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators, leading a strong cross-functional project management community, and championing projects that are in alignment with corporate strategy and goals. You will also serve as a key point of contact for STEMCELL’s senior leadership team, providing a conduit for their interests and objectives.
As a member of the BOP management team, you will provide leadership direction and support in driving the functional project management maturity within the department and across the organization.This involves working with the broader STEMCELL Project Management Community of Practice, sharing best practices and mentoring the project management team. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting the conformance to project scope, budget and schedule across the program and reporting these to the senior leadership team, in addition to successful delivery and facilitation of change management initiatives to execute varying scales of project scope across the organization.
