Who we are.
This is a very different question from what we do. You can find what we do and our values in the About Us section of our website—a place you’ve no doubt visited before landing here.
We are a diverse and inclusive team of individuals who all pull in the same direction to achieve a common goal. The phrase “that’s not my job” is not said here because we support one another when asked.
Everyone’s opinion is valued. Everyone’s feelings are considered. There is a hierarchy, as in any business, but that’s more operational than anything. It doesn’t matter where one of the team members falls on that hierarchy, they are as important as anyone else.
We care about the mental and physical well-being of our people. And guess what? Our people’s families are also our people. That’s the number one concern at BioTalent Canada.
