2029 Hiring Requirements by Subsector, GTA

In agri-bio, 670 workers will need to be hired by 2029, driven mostly by replacement demand. Key roles to be hired include: research and development (24%); manufacturing (23%); management, finance and administration (14%). In bio-energy, 390 workers will need to be hired by 2029, driven virtually entirely by replacement demand. Key roles to be hired include: manufacturing (41%); research and development (23%); management, finance and administration (18%).
