Job Description :

Within the Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Department and reporting to our Associate Director of Scientific Project Management, the Scientific Project Manager is the main point of contact for the client during the operational processes. The Scientific Project Manager represents the client’s needs and expectations to the various operational and support teams within Algorithme Pharma. The Scientific Project Manager follows the clinical trial as it progresses from stage to stage and ensures that any communication/information that is pertinent to the project is clear and available to all parties, both internal and external. The Scientific Project Manager is also responsible for resolving ensuring that issues that arise during the clinical trial are adequately resolved in a timely manner.

Practically, the Scientific Project Manager communicates directly with the client to ensure that they are up to date regarding the clinical trial progress. The Scientific Project Manager also offers scientific and regulatory support by reviewing study related documentation and acting as a central decision maker for aspects related to the project. They lead and participate in study related meetings to diffuse and collect information so as to ensure the smooth execution of the study.

Se rapportant au Directeur associé, gestion de projet scientifique dans le département d’Affaires scientifiques et réglementaires, le gestionnaire de projet scientifique est le point de contact principal pour les clients tout au long des essais cliniques. Le gestionnaire de projet scientifique représente le client à l’interne pour ses besoins et ses attentes à propos des opérations et du support à l’intérieur d’Algorithme Pharma. Le gestionnaire de projet scientifique suivra la progression des essais cliniques étapes par étapes et assurera la communication des informations pertinentes au projet et que celles-ci sont claires et disponible à toutes les parties internes et externes. Le gestionnaire de projet scientifique est aussi responsable de s’assurer que les problématiques rencontrées en cours d’essai clinique sont adéquatement résolues dans les meilleurs délais.

Plus précisément, le gestionnaire de projet scientifique communique directement avec le client afin de transmettre les informations à jour des essais cliniques en cours. Le gestionnaire de projet offre aussi un support scientifique en révisant la documentation réglementaire et en jouant un rôle décisionnaire pour tous les aspects reliés au projet. Il participe aux rencontres pour recueillir et diffuser l’information pour assurer l’exécution de l’étude.
